Our client is looking for a freelance technical designer to work on a project in accessories such as bucket hats, sunglasses, slides and more.Accessories Technical Designer Responsibilities:
- Responsible for flow of information related to fit process, such as updating tech log, sending fit comments, and communicating with overseas factory counterparts
- Manage fits by preparing samples, fitting, taking notes and completing fit lists
- Generate detailed sketch and tech packs
- Ability to measure/spec samples precisely
- Work closely with members of the Technical Design, Design, Production and Merchandising teams as well as our factories and vendors overseas
- Daily communication with internal partners
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Technical Design or Fashion Design
- Experience working on accessories
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
