Who You Are: An ecommerce expert with experience leading teams and optimizing the full digital marketing funnel marketing to drive revenue and create exceptional email and digital campaigns. Through leadership of the Ecommerce team, this person will drive a successful, best in class digital pipeline. You are a data-driven, creative leader who is able to leverage learnings into action. In this role, you will oversee paid digital programming and sales growth across D2C and B2B eCommerce sites with a particular focus on managing paid advertising across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, 3rd party retail, etc.) You’ll manage both agency partners as well as execute internal campaign strategies.

You will work cross-functionally with the Creative, Business Development, Finance & Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition & retention. As a key driver of the brands revenue,
you’ll be a thought leader across the company, balancing both the tactical and strategic in your day to day responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a 2 person Ecommerce team towards success providing direction, strategic leadership and mentorship
- Define and execute the brands growth plan and digital marketing strategy across various channels
- Own campaigns from end-to-end: project managing creative assets, audience targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, and analysis
- Drive traffic, conversion and ROI for all channels, including paid search, and organic search/SEO
- Leverage customer insights and develop effective feedback loop to inform business improvements across teams
- Lead performance optimizations and recommendations for all paid marketing channels and analyze ROI and KPIs that focus on CAC, AOV, ROAS, CR, CTR and CPC
- With support from direct reports, lead impactful lifecycle marketing initiatives including website optimization, retention marketing programs (email, SMS, loyalty, referral, etc.)
- Plan and execute experiments and conversion tests in order to optimize the marketing funnel across acquisition, conversion, remarketing, and retention
- Work alongside the Executive Team to manage agency partners to drive efficient CAC and ROAS across Google, Meta, Tik Tok and any other digital marketing platforms
- Use quantitative and qualitative customer insights combining performance data with deep understanding of user behavior and the brands target audience
- Work very closely with the content and design teams to provide cohesive feedback to optimize ad creation
- Oversee budget spend to meet campaign and channel ROI goals

What You’ll Bring to Our Team:
- 6+ years of full-time experience designing and managing growth marketing campaigns for high growth beauty, cosmetics, and/or body care CPG brands
- 2+ years of people management and leadership experience
- Expert knowledge of campaign management in Google (Search/AdWords, Shop & Discovery), Facebook/Instagram, Tik Tok, Amazon and third party retail a plus
- Experience working with digital and creative agencies commissioning content for e-commerce distribution, website store management and design, and media planning, Google Analytics or other web analytics platform
- Knowledge of CRO, retention, affiliate marketing strategies including whitelisting
- Experience developing marketing analytics reporting structures for growth marketing organizations, including tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with other paid social marketing channels like Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, strongly preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
